To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device, or free from viruses or harmful components.

You are responsible for using appropriate security, backup, virus protection and access controls when using the internet and the website.

7. Third-party links and content

The website may link to third-party websites, platforms, tools or content for convenience. We do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, security, privacy practices, products, services, actions or opinions. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

8. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

Subject to the preceding paragraph and to the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • the website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis;

  • our aggregate liability arising from or connected with your use of the website is limited, at our option, to supplying the relevant service again or paying the reasonable cost of having it supplied again, where that limitation is permitted by law.

The limitations apply whether liability arises in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, equity or otherwise, and even if we were advised of the possibility of loss.

9. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you indemnify us and our officers, employees and contractors against loss, liability, cost and expense arising from your unlawful use of the website, your material breach of these terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights. This indemnity does not apply to the extent the loss was caused by our negligence, unlawful conduct or breach of these terms.

  • You may not assign or transfer your rights under these terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations as part of a restructure, financing, sale or transfer of our business.
  • These terms constitute the entire agreement concerning use of the website, subject to any additional terms that expressly apply.
